We are actively recruiting for highly motivated and enthusiastic Nurses to our Theatre Team. We have 15 theatres including a Trauma Theatre, 3 Day Surgery Theatres and 2 Obstetric Theatres.

As a trust we value our staff as much as we do our patients. The team offers an in-depth induction, training and will continue to support you throughout your time on the Unit. The Unit has a clear career progression pathway for qualified nurses.  Opportunities are available for nurses to take part in in-house leadership development programmes. The unit also offers the Anaesthetic Course in conjunction with Anglia Ruskin University.

A rotation between Anaesthetics, Scrubs and Recovery can also be accommodated for those who are interested. There may also be opportunities to rotate to the Essex Cardiothoracic Unit which is renowned for its specialised surgery. 

The Trust has dedicated staff car parking as well as an on-site nursery for staff.
