Covering an area of 45 square miles and with a resident population just over 100,000, Jersey is the largest and most southerly of the Channel Islands. And our Health and Social Services aim to improve the health and wellbeing of Islanders through the delivery of high quality, person focused health and social care.

To meet these goals, our staff are working with our voluntary, community and independent sector partners, including those in Primary Care, to continue to transform and develop services in line with our vision as described in ‘A New Way Forward for Health and Social Care’.

Following a period of service redesign and significant investment, we now need experienced and motivated people to help us realise our collective ambition and play an active part in delivering  within our community mental health teams.
