Cambridge Cyrenians is a well-established local charity, providing accommodation and support to homeless men and women in the city for nearly 50 years.

With homelessness on the increase we are seeing significant numbers of men and women with mental health issues that are not being addressed and which are preventing them from moving on. Cambridge Cyrenians wish to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Mental Health Worker to support many of these individuals. Experience is not necessary, but a commitment to enable positive change in your clients’ lives is.

Mental Health Worker (CPN/RMN or equivalent)

£26,549 – £28,305

Working as part of a small team based at our city centre office, the post holder will assist residents of our accommodation services who they assess as needing mental health support, helping them to prepare for living independently and to access services considered to be beneficial to the client. Clients will not require a formal diagnosis in order to receive support.
