■ The successful candidate will be a Clinical Nurse Manager with a relevant management course and post registration nursing experience in an Operating Theatre setting at management level

■ Be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across the hospital

■ Have the ability to motivate a team and to deliver excellent patient care
