Lecturer in Mandatory Skills Training / CPR

The Department of Adult, Child and Midwifery is one of three departments within the School of Health and Education at Middlesex University.  The School brings together the University’s research and teaching in health and teaching professions and social work.  Enjoying enviable links with nursing and midwifery professions, we excel in teaching and knowledge transfer and have successfully invested to further strengthen our research profile.

With an established reputation for the development and delivery of high quality nursing, midwifery and health profession programmes, we are currently seeking to appoint colleagues with outstanding practice and research profiles and a commitment to research led teaching in nursing and midwifery.

We have an opportunity for a Lecturer in Mandatory Skills Training, to help us deliver a wide range of skills training – particularly in Moving and Handling, and Resuscitation, internally to healthcare students and externally to a diverse range of clients.

You should have experience of working currently as either a Moving and Handling or Resuscitation Trainer, in a healthcare setting, and of dealing with a wide range of internal and external clients. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
