Position: Community Nurse
Contract: Permanent, Part –time
Hours: 15 hours per week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Salary: £16.45 per hour
Location: Blackheath, London

About the role:
They are looking for an experienced and committed nurse to assess the needs and deliver compassionate care to the residents in our community.
Morden College is a charity for older people and are recruiting for a registered nurse with experience of community nursing to join our community nursing team during an exciting period of change. This role will be hands on and ensure that they are delivering the highest level of nursing care to their resident’s. A cheerful, sunny nature is essential!
About you:
Successful candidates will have experience in planning, delivering and evaluating appropriate packages of care to our residents and must be IT literate – ideally with knowledge of the GP system EMIS Web. A valid NMC PIN number and Enhanced DBS with bared list check will be required for this post as well as access to your own transport (including a driving licence).
You may have experience of the following: Nurse, Carer, Community Nurse, Care Assistant, RGN, RNLD, RMN, Nurse, Care, CMA, Registered General Nurses, Social Care Worker, Nurse Practitioner Certified, Nursing, Staff Nurse
