HOME MANAGER – MUSWELL HILL – LONDON N10 - £45k - £50k plus bonuses of up to £5k

Our client is a Residential Care Home approximately ¼ mile from Muswell Hill Broadway and is ideally located in a residential area close to local shops and public transport. The home has undergone a £2.5m refurbishment programme and is one of the finest and best appointed homes with 63 residential rooms for older people and those living with dementia in North London. The home has recently had a CQC inspection and currently rated as “Good” with one “requires improvement” for Well Led.

Due to retirement a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Manager to lead their established and professional care team and to ensure best practice is delivered and maintained throughout the home.     A highly competitive salary is on offer commensurate with this important position within this highly regarded privately owned nursing home.  Ideally the right candidate needs to be a nurse, but if the candidate has significant experience in managing a large care home and a non-nurse, they could still be considered.  Application from Clinical Services Managers, Deputy Manager RGNs who are currently working in a home of a similar size may also be considered.
