Based at Green Parks House, Bromley (Acute, Inpatient Wards)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Ward Manager within Green Parks House, Bromley. We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic individuals to lead a team on an acute mental health ward.

In this role, you will hold accountability for the nursing care and management of ward-based services, including the management of a delegated budget. You will be responsible for promoting and developing clinical leadership by acting as a positive role model who practices evidence-based care. You must also be able to provide supervision, mentorship and leadership for staff at Band 2 to Band 6 and student nurses as appropriate, and also act as the Unit’s Duty Senior Nurse (DSN) as required.
