We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced for a Clinical Governance Manager to join our multidisciplinary team at Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre in Bristol. Key Responsibilities

In this role you will take responsibility for ensuring clinical governance, effectiveness and quality is achieved through collaborative work with the senior management teams and clinical leads at both Emersons Green and Devizes NHS Treatment Centres and outreach services. You will be expected to provide expert advice and guidance to all healthcare professionals across both sites, promoting high standards of care and development in clinical practice. In addition, you will act as Deputy for the Head of Nursing and Clinical Services in their absence.

Please note that some limited travelling will be expected. At Emersons Green, we offer day case and in-patient surgery across the following areas: dental surgery, ear, nose and throat procedures, endoscopy, general surgery, gynaecology, minor orthopaedic surgery, diagnostic imaging, pain management, ophthalmology, and urology. In addition we also provide diagnostic services, using the latest X-ray and ultrasound technology. To be successful in this role you will have: • Substantial relevant experience in an acute healthcare setting with recent experience at a senior level • Experience with complex data collection and interrogation and trend analysis • Evidence of having undertaken senior/lead roles dealing with risk management, quality of care or patient safety issues • Experience of undertaking audits/surveys • Experience of managing concerns and complaints
