• TEAM LEADERS (X2) - NURSES – Full time

Salary £37,400 – £41,009 (FTE, PA)

If you are an experienced Nurse, can manage and lead a team, have a passion for palliative and complex care - we need you.

• NURSES – part/full time available

Salary £25,109 - £36,354 (FTE, PA)

If you are a nurse looking to make a difference to children and young people – we need you.

• CHILDREN AND FAMILIES CARE CO-ORDINATOR (x1) – minimum 3 days a week

Salary £30,994 -£36,354 (FTE, PA)

If you are a nurse or health visitor (with recent relevant experience caring for sick children) and you want to join our dedicated service committed to the effective co-ordination of support and advocacy for families we need you.
