St John of God Geelong Hospital is a 276-bed hospital located in the CBD of Geelong and is recognised as the leading provider of private health care in the Barwon and Southwestern region. Our recent expansion has seen our range of services grow significantly and we now have a major focus on day surgery, medical, surgical, obstetric and Cath Lab services, as well as a state of the art Emergency department.

We are currently recruiting experienced nurses for our new Critical Care Unit to join our multi-disciplinary team to support the increasing complex needs of our patients and cardiac surgery program.

Our state-of-the art newly refurbished unit consists of sixteen (16) bed Cardiac Care Unit, a twelve (12) bed acute adult Intensive Care Unit and a brand new Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.

Demonstrated recent intensive care experience is essential for further consideration and possession of a postgraduate certificate in Critical Care is preferred.
