You’ll be a fully qualified RMN or RNLD who is able to perform the duties expected of you but then want to go the extra mile to provide all our users with a positive experience. Whether you want to focus on a specific therapy or carry out more general duties, we encourage all our nurses to develop their skills and experience. You’ll be working in our brand new Young Adult 18-25 Service opening in October, giving you a chance to try something different, and be part of creating something new.

Cygnet truly supports its nurses. We’ve got tailored training packages and dedicated CAMHS professionals developing the best services and offering training and support. There are opportunities to develop skills in therapies such as dialectical behavioural therapy. We’re committed to Reducing Restrictive Practice with this being supported by our MDT.
