Are you good in an emergency and do you have a calm demeanour? Are you looking for a leadership role within Theatres?  Would you like to work in an offshore location with a team committed to multi-skilling and cross-training?

We have an exciting opportunity for an RGN or RODP, with post qualification Theatre experience, to join our team based in the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands.  We have an operating suite comprising of four theatres and are very well equipped to cover a range of procedures and are looking for someone with an interest in general surgery including laparoscopic, vascular and breast surgery.  You will have CPD at diploma level and the ability to provide effective leadership and management to our RGN and RODP team. 

We offer multi-skilling and cross-training to our team in all areas of surgery, anaesthetics and recovery and you will work alongside a highly skilled Consultant team.  You will provide effective leadership, management and development opportunities to our RGN and RODP team as well as giving clinical expertise, as required, in your specialism.
