Head of Clinical Operations – up to £56,000 per annum (Band 8b - equivalent)

HFH Healthcare is a leading provider of specialist complex care to individuals in their own homes throughout London and neighbouring areas. Commissioned primarily by the NHS, HFH Healthcare provides bespoke packages of care to highly dependent individuals and has a strong reputation for delivering extremely high-quality healthcare.

Reporting into the Director of Operations (DoO), the Head of Clinical Operations (HoCO) is a member of the Senior Management team and manages the clinical team of Nurses to ensure delivery of all clinical tasks.

The HoCO is accountable for the delivery of all clinical services and for the clinical quality and patient care delivered.

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following:

  • Strong team management experience.
  • Strong clinical leadership and knowledge.
  • Strong operational management experience
  • Experience working within healthcare essential.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems/ information from a variety of sources.
  • Experience of managing and accurately compiling multiple client records.

Successful candidates should have a nursing qualification with NMC registration.  You will be an effective and proven leader, and at the same time be willing and able to be hands-on when required. Previous experience working in community healthcare management or a challenging and complex care environment would be an advantage.

Pay: Annual Salary up to £56,000

Hours: 37.5

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
