Description: Our client provides specialised support and enablement for older people particularly those living with Dementia through their pioneering village community model. They are passionate about the idea of supporting older people to remain part of the community in which they feel a sense of belonging and purpose and we are looking for an individual who share our values and to provide their customers with a ‘Home for Life’.

Nurses are a crucial part of the multi-professional team that always puts the customer first.  Working across a number of households providing 24 hour specialist care for people living with dementia or those with a nursing requirement, you will need to use your clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain or recover their health.

You will deputise for the lead nurse in their absence providing leadership in the delivery of person centred care and support to customers requiring nursing services. You will be a visible and competent practitioner to the wider team, ensuring that all care and support provided meets customer needs, national minimum standards, the ‘compassion in practice’ 6C’s  and uphold our standards and values. 

Person Specification: You will be a RGN/ RMN with significant nursing experience in a clinical or care environment ideally with nursing practice knowledge of older people, possess excellent communication skills, high standards of professional practice and the ability to lead a team.  Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with an approach to care that provides everyone with the opportunity to enjoy a pleasurable and meaningful lifestyle.
