Salary: £33,000 - £41,000 (neg) Band 7 equivalent

Description: This Hospice is a patient-led charity that delivers specialist palliative care to adult patients of all ages who have advance life-limiting conditions.

They cover six Surrey boroughs with a population of over 360,000, providing free of charge care and support services for patients, their families and carers.

They now have a position for a Ward Manager (RGN) to provide clinical leadership and management support to the In-Patient Unit team, ensuring that the highest standards of holistic nursing care are provided.

In conjunction with the ‘Lead Consultant’ on the In-Patient Unit you will co-ordinate, develop and manage the In-Patient Unit in line with the Hospices strategic and operational plans.

To deputise for the Director of Nursing in their absence as deemed necessary.

Person Specification: Successful candidates will have gained extensive Hospice/Palliative management and nursing experience with a degree in Adult Nursing.
