Scotia Heights has a reputation for providing high quality care for individuals living with mental ill-health, acquired brain injury, early on-set dementia and neurological conditions. We aim to make every day better for our services users.

The 60-bed home provides person-centred care by working with individuals, their families and specialist teams to create outcome-focused care and rehabilitation plans.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• As the Registered General Manager you will be a role model in everything you do. You will lead Scotia Heights to success.
• A strong, hands-on leader, you will inspire a culture of continuous improvement to ensure service user needs are met.
• You will manage and lead a large team, and be responsible for the home’s overall performance.
• You will run the home as a successful business, while also delivering outstanding quality and service to residents.
• You will develop strong internal and external relationships, to strengthen the Exemplar Health Care brand as a trusted complex care provider.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience managing care homes.
• Profit and loss experience.
• Hold a Good or Outstanding CQC report.
• Preferably nurse qualified, but not essential.
• New commissioning experience would be advantageous.
• A can-do, driven approach. You are a leader with high-quality care as your core value.
