Thames Hospice is delighted to be able to announce two new senior roles within our Community Team. We are looking for two experienced community nurses to join us as Team Leaders. You will work directly for the Head of Community Services and with the Single Point of Access Team Leader. The Team Leaders will work in the proactive case management part of the team but will maintain very close links with our 24/7 Advice Line and Rapid Response Teams.

You must have experience of community nursing and palliative care. The roles will maintain a clinical component and you will hold your own caseload. The role will also include managing a team of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants.

Thames Hospice are looking for individuals who can connect with our values and are driven to provide the best service possible for our patients and families.

For an informal discussion about this role, please contact Sue Skelton, Head of Community Services on 01753 848922, or Dr Sophie Price, Community Consultant on 01753 848948. Informal visits are actively encouraged.

Alongside a friendly and supportive working environment, we offer a range of attractive employee benefits that includes 27 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time), our Thames Hospice contributory pension scheme or NHS pension scheme (if eligible), childcare vouchers, employee assistance programme and an employee discount scheme, to save money on top high street and online retail brands.
