Sterling Cross is delighted to be working with a National Pharmacy Group who go above and beyond in all aspects of their business. They are now looking for a forward thinking, dynamic, enthusiastic Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the Pharmacy team and take ownership of the branch.
We’re after people who can bring real commerciality and leadership to this Pharmacy, inspiring every person who works there to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service. As a Pharmacy Manager you will have day to day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC standards. You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
You will lead an enthusiastic team, encouraging learning and development and maintaining a professional and efficient service to your loyal customer base, in addition to maximising the business potential of the pharmacy.
This position is a maternity cover role, although this client is a firm believer of retaining the best talent and promoting from within, so there is a possibility of this becoming a permanent position.
Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the role, will require a current valid GPHC registration. Ideally a minimum of 2 years management experience along with experience in dealing with MUR’s & NMS services, experience with supervised consumption is necessary for these positions.
