Pharmacist Manager

Our client, a thriving independent community pharmacy, firmly believes that to serve the community requires a constant commitment and professional attitude to its healthcare needs. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and adventurous Pharmacist Manager.

The successful candidate will be patient focused, driving the business forward while building and maintaining lasting relationships in the community.

The branch is open Monday to Friday 8.45am – 1pm and reopening at 2pm – 5.30pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, have experience of Community Pharmacy and be willing to play an important role in the development of patient centred services.  You will be an enthusiastic, committed individual who will be expected to work as part of the Pharmacy team with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the role, will require a current valid GPHC registration. Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience along with experience in dealing with MUR and NMS services and staff management, although consideration will be given for those with no previous management experience.
