Working closely with the multidisciplinary team you’ll use your experience to work autonomously and flexibly, to guide care staff as appropriate whilst also feeding into the wider team of practitioners. This role offers you a real opportunity to care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.

This is an opportunity to put your Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification and Teaching/Assessing qualification (minimum ENB 998 or equivalent) to great use. You will also hold a non-medical independent prescribing qualification and be a First Level Registered Nurse with accredited training in chronic disease management and minor injuries. Experience of working in primary health care would also be advantageous. 

Strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
