We are looking for Senior Nurses/Clinical Sisters/Charge Nurses who share our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People.

The role will encompass specific responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and expertise within a planned or unplanned clinical area (Medical or Surgical Wards) to act as a role model for junior team members in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care.

You will help lead and coordinate the clinical, managerial and educational requirements of the of the clinical area ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and care are delivered as reflected by the unit philosophy.

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of services users and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person centred care principles

Person Specification: Qualified Adult Nurse, NMC Registered with previous leadership experience and preferably a mentoring qualification.
