Job Details
Located on the outskirts of the rural village of Broad Oak in East Sussex, Heathfield is a specialist neuro-rehabilitation service that provides person-centred post-acute, neuro-behavioural rehabilitation as well as offering long-term care and support to people with complex needs relating to neurodegenerative disorders.
Heathfield also supports those with the lasting effects of an acquired brain injury (ABI) and this is all facilitated across two separate units, catering for 24 male and female adults over the age of 18.
The role:
As a Registered Nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation. We are looking for keen and resourceful Registered Nurses support our Clinical Team.
