Job Description
A key member of the Pharmacy Team as such they will assist in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service which consistently meet the needs of all service users within the London Bridge Hospital Campus (main hospital, Shard and Guys facilities). The post holder will contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the Pharmacy, working under the direct supervision of a Senior Technician and receiving Pharmacist support. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary. Duties & Responsibilities
Perform work in line with hospital protocols and standards. Assisting in the development and improvement of standards and procedures. Participate in multi-disciplinary team work, helping to create and maintain effective working relationships. Liaise with the senior technicians in all aspects of the department. Assisting in the development and improvement of standards and procedures. Provide a dispensing service to both in / out patients using the Meditech dispensing system.
Skills & Experience
Pharmacy NVQ3, BTech or equivalent Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council. Hospital based post qualification experience is desirable, but not essential. Aseptic experience is desirable, but not essential. Good spoken and written English.
