The postholder will act as a practitioner with professional accountability to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate care for a group of patients on our 28 bedded mixed trauma and orthopaedic ward. You will assess patient needs, devise care programmes and manage the delivery of programmes. Company
Covering an area of 45 square miles and with a resident population just over 100,000, Jersey is the largest and most southerly of the Channel Islands. And our Health and Social Services aim to improve the health and wellbeing of Islanders through the delivery of high quality, person focused health and social care.
To meet these goals, our staff are working with our voluntary, community and independent sector partners, including those in Primary Care, to continue to transform and develop services in line with our vision as described in ‘A New Way Forward for Health and Social Care’.
Following a period of service redesign and significant investment, we now need experienced and motivated people to help us realise our collective ambition and play an active part in delivering within our community mental health teams.
Jersey is an island community built on care and it’s why we look out for, and after one another so well. This is your chance to make the move, start a new adventure and rediscover why you love what you do, and who you are. This is care rediscovered.
