ABOUT THE ROLE
Tyspane is a well-established care centre, with a lovely outdoor area and impressive building, located in a beautiful rural setting. The home is rated as Good with CQC, and will be welcoming a brand new on-site management team at the beginning of October. We are looking for a Care Assistant who is committed to providing exceptional emotional and practical support to residents and colleagues. This will be a challenging and rewarding role for a Care Assistant who is keen to have a positive impact on residents and their families. You will be supported by a brand new General and Deputy Manager, as well as an experienced home team.
As a Care Assistant at Tyspane, you will be responsible for providing care for a range of complex care needs in line with tailored care plans, whilst demonstrating empathy to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. The role offers the opportunity to develop new skills, supporting long and short term rehabilitation as well as more general care needs. You will be supported to deliver exceptional care, working holistically and using the most up-to-date techniques. Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential.
