Sister - Adult Orthopaedic and Trauma Ward

Salary: £46,048  - £49,040 per year

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Grade 5 sister/charge nurse. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to work on our busy 28 bedded adult orthopaedic and trauma ward. The post holder will support the ward manager in effectively managing the ward. The post holder will demonstrate excellent leadership skills in planning, delivery and evaluating inpatient care whilst working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The post holder will require 4 years post qualifying experience including 2 years recent experience in orthopaedic nursing, working towards a 120 credits at level 6 (151 Degree equivalent) in health related field and a Management or Leadership award/qualification/module.
