Job Details

Working in critical care within the HCA Healthcare UK group will keep you challenged and will give you the opportunity to develop your existing skills. All of our units care for level 2 & 3 patients and, with our commitment to progressing careers within our group and the availability of bank shifts, you will have the opportunity to work across an extremely diverse and acute patient-load. Plus, with our nurse to patient ratio frequently at 1:1, we will give you the opportunity to do what you do best: Care.

Job Description

HCA Healthcare UK are currently planning expansion across our Adult ICU services and currently have permanent career opportunities available across all levels and sites.

On Wednesday 7th November starting at 9:30am we will be opening our doors to showcase our ICU services and what HCA Healthcare UK can offer you in terms of career development – this will be held at The Harley Street Diagnostic Centre at 16 Devonshire St, Marylebone, London W1G 7AF

This open morning will consist of

  • Meet and greet with our ICU Managers
  • Critical Care Presentation
  • We will also be conducting formal interviews on the day

If you are an experienced, patient focused critical care nurse or an acute nurse looking to enter into ICU, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

We offer attractive starting salaries which are reviewed annually, a competitive pension, private healthcare and a progressive career pathway. We can also offer a relocation package if you are living outside of London or the UK.

Our salaries start from £31,630 (Staff Nurse), £35,673 (Senior Staff Nurse) and £39,174 (Charge Nurse), plus shift enhancements and we also operate a Critical Care Incentive Scheme of £3000 in addition to your salary, to those who have completed their 60 credit/level 7 ICU course. We can also offer funding for your ICU qualification which will allow you to become eligible for the ICU Scheme
