We have a new opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager. Ultimately, we are looking for someone inspirational, to lead the team and the service to success in Leeds.

As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will deliver clinical operational performance and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and raise awareness of healthcare at home services.

What does a Clinical Operations Manager do at healthcare at home?

As a Clinical Operations Manager at healthcare at home you will lead and manage the clinical team, motivating, inspiring and leading by example. You will be able to deliver clinical operational performance against KPI’s and SLA's and also maintain and improve clinical quality and monitor standards using data, audits and reports. You will be able to discuss and resolve service delivery issues at the earliest opportunity locally, escalating appropriately where necessary. You will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to promote and raise awareness of healthcare at home services and identify/support business development opportunities.   

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

Fundamentally we are looking for a confident and assertive manager with a mix of clinical and operational experience that has the passion to help drive our business forward.

You will be a registered nurse, physiotherapist or occupational therapist that is experienced in line managing clinical staff and operational delivery. You will be able to understand and ensure compliance with health, social care or pharmaceutical regulatory bodies as required.

As this role involves managing a team based in the community, it is therefore crucial that you have a full UK driving licence.
