Supporting You in the South West (SYI Taunton), is looking for exceptional team members, to support  adults who live in their own homes. Support Workers are crucial in ensuring that the highest quality of support is available to people as and when they need and require it.

The role will involve you directly supporting individuals to achieve outcomes, hopes and dreams. You will play a key role in; building confidence and self-esteem, encouraging daily living skills, supporting with household duties, the administration of medication, assisting with personal hygiene, and having fun.
