Clinical Care Manager

Harrison Associates has been helping people reclaim their lives after life-changing injuries for over 30 years. Based in our west London office, this is your opportunity to join our team of Clinical Managers, together supervising over 60 associates, but with specific responsibilities for our care provision to our individual clients.

We are looking for a pro-active leader, with experience of setting up and managing care teams in the community, to help us further develop our services and our business. This is likely to involve acting as the company’s Registered Manager in relation to CQC.

With a reputation for excellence and international quality accreditation, Harrison Associates provides case management and expert witness services for adults and children with major and catastrophic injuries. We do not employ carers ourselves – however, our individual clients, their families and representatives do, in their own homes. They depend on us to support and guide them in this. The provision of care may range from one part time ‘buddy’ to a team of carers covering 24 hours a day, depending on the need and funding available to the client.

As well as your experience of care provision, carer competencies and CQC standards, you must be a team player, able to think strategically and implement operationally, have good supervision, training and development skills, and ideally have worked for a SME and within the private sector. An in-depth understanding of the wide range of needs of clients with catastrophic injuries is essential.
