Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00

36 weeks term time plus three weeks during school holidays per year

Are you a professional and enthusiastic nurse practitioner with a wide range of experience and knowledge of supporting young people?

The College is a positive and motivating place to work. We are seeking an experienced Nursing Sister to provide professional nursing to pupils, staff and visitors to support their health and well-being to ensure they can fully embrace all aspects of St George’s life.

As the lead Nurse Practitioner your role will include providing medical care to the St George’s community, provide clinical support to the nursing team, promote healthy living, responsibility for ensuring accurate medical records as well as involvement in Health and Safety procedures across the school.

The ideal candidate will have a professional nursing qualification, NMC registered, hold a First Aid Instructor qualification and have at least five years post graduate experience. A good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection issues, with excellent communication skills, computer literacy and the ability to prioritise workloads.
