Band 8a Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Ref: CS/2018/149N/R1
To work autonomously as an expert nursing practitioner with non-resident support from the Consultant Paediatrician. Using higher levels of decision making and clinical judgement, the post holder will ensure that children and young people’s health needs are assessed; treatment and management implemented and evaluated in partnership with patients and families, and provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients and relatives.
Applicants should be NMC Registered Paediatric nurses and hold an Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification at Masters Level.
