Working in our cancer care services at HCA Healthcare UK will keep you challenged and will give you the opportunity to develop your existing skills. Our cancer care services include both oncology and haematology and can be found across our renowned hospitals including; The London Bridge Hospital, The Princess Grace, The Wellington Hospital, Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) in addition to our dedicated private cancer centres which are in partnership with University College London NHS and Guys Hospital NHS Trust.

We have been at the forefront of delivering excellent cancer care to private patients which we achieve through our dedicated and highly skilled team of nurses, state of the art facilities; with the latest technology and world renowned consultants. Our team of haematology and oncology nurses are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care at all times and go above and beyond in everything that they do.

Job Description

We provide a full range of innovative diagnostic, inpatient, surgical, day care and outpatient treatment. We have over 80 consultants whom are experienced in diagnosing and treating all forms of cancer, using the latest medical developments to provide advanced treatment options. In addition to this, our haematology units enables nurses to deliver high standards of holistic care to their patients and deal with patients who have a variety of haematological malignancies.  

With ongoing funding, our hospitals continue to stay at the forefront of ground-breaking cancer treatment techniques and technology in the UK. Working with us, you’ll receive specialist training in working with oncology and haematology patients in order to provide them with support every step of the way.

Duties & Responsibilities

HCA Healthcare UK are currently planning expansion across our oncology and haematology departments at all of our hospitals and clinics to complement our existing services. We currently have a mixture of permanent, flexible contracts and bank career opportunities available across all levels and sites. On Thursday 28th February 2019 starting at 12:00 we will be opening our doors to showcase our cancer care services and what HCA Healthcare UK can offer you in terms of career development. With our commitment to progressing careers within our group and the availability of bank shifts, you will have the opportunity to work across an extremely diverse and acute patient-load. 

We offer attractive starting salaries which are reviewed annually, a competitive pension, private healthcare and a progressive career pathway. We can also offer a relocation package if you are living outside of London or the UK.

Skills and Experience

If you are an experienced, patient focused oncology or haematology nurse or a medical nurse looking to begin a career in oncology, we want to hear from you.  We offer attractive starting salaries which are reviewed annually, a competitive pension, private healthcare and a progressive career pathway. We can also offer a relocation package if you are living outside of London or the UK. Our salaries start from £31,972 (Staff Nurse), £39,135 (Senior Staff Nurse) and £45,754 (Charge Nurse), plus shift enhancements where applicable.
