Roald Dahl Children’s Epilepsy Nurse Specialist
Location: Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, Portsmouth but also working in close collaboration with the Community Paediatric Medical Service (Solent NHS Trust)
Band: 7
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week
- Are you highly experienced in providing nursing care for children and young people with epilepsy?
- Do you have a passion for developing services so children spend less time in hospital and more time at home and school or college, enjoying a better quality of life and improved outcomes?
- Are you ready for your next challenge as a Roald Dahl Children’s Epilepsy Nurse Specialist?
We expect the successful applicant to have a background in paediatric epilepsy and be dedicated and passionate in their role with an interest in developing their skills and the role further. The postholder must demonstrate excellent leadership and team working abilities.
The successful applicant will be eligible to access the Roald Dahl Professional Development Package which will help them to develop their career and the service.
