Salary: Band 5 - £23,023 - £29,608

Description: Our client provides health and social care services for Adult Community Services.

Person Specification: Community experience is desirable but not essential, you will be supported with your development by the hospitals professional and caring teams.

• Ability to travel independently is an essential requirement of this post.
• This is a lone worker post.
• There are part-time/full-time hours available per week over 5 days Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, including weekends/on-call evenings.
