Resuscitation Officer

Salary: Band 7 £37,886 to £47,705 pa inc. HCSA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible Resuscitation Officer with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic Resuscitation Team.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of clinically and specialist focused training programmes to all levels of staff in adult and paediatric areas from basic to advanced life support as appropriate to your knowledge, qualifications and skills. You’ll be supported to advance further as an instructor in a variety of learning opportunities and deliver a range of both classroom-based and in situ simulation education programmes in all aspects of resuscitation care. You will also be supported to engage with local and national networks in order to influence and develop current systems of care delivery in resuscitation.

You will be required to have a demonstrable interest and experience in resuscitation practice, education and the care of deteriorating/critically ill patients and be an in-date Resuscitation Council (UK) recognised ALS and/or EPALS provider and full instructor or instructor candidate.
