Renal Services is a fast growing employer seeking talented professionals to join at management level. The Company is an independent provider of dialysis services working in partnership with the NHS to deliver the highest level of care in state of the art units across the UK.

The post holder will:

• Provide strong, visible nurse leadership across the organisation focused on ensuring the improvement of patient outcomes and experiences;
• Ensure strategies are in place to deliver measurable and sustainable improvement in quality and safety;
• Develop and build a professional workforce in line with service needs;
• Facilitate and deliver a variety of learning and development activities;
• Contribute to the development of the service by taking an active role in generating and disseminating knowledge across the organisation.

The post holder should have a proven track record in areas specific to workforce development and patient clinical outcomes and must be educated to degree level or above.
