An RGN or RMN qualified Care Home Manager is required to join a leading elderly care home in the Bedford area.

Details of this Nurse-Qualified Home Manager RGN/RMN and what our client is offering:

  • 37.5 hours per week on days on a permanent basis

You will be joining a home that offers round the clock nursing care to older adults with general elderly and dementia care needs, and as Home Manager you will lead and develop the care and nursing teams, coordinate budgets and resources, and manage and monitor care planning and delivery.

What the home requires from the successful Nurse-Qualified Home Manager RGN/RMN candidate:

  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience working as a CQC Registered Manager in a UK Nursing Home setting, with a proven track record of success
  • Confident delivering clinical leadership and line management
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and their implementation in a care home
