A full-time, RGN or RMN Night Nurse vacancy has arisen in a small, private nursing home in a rural setting just outside of East Grinstead.

The fully CQC compliant home offers general elderly and disability nursing care in a country house setting, with great facilities and a strong team already in place.

Details of this RGN/RMN Night Nurse role and what the home has to offer:

• A permanent contract of 48 hours per week
• Night shifts only
• Very competitive hourly pay rates of £18.50
• A comprehensive induction and a supportive working environment
• Shared staff accommodation within walking distance of the care home is available
• In the event of no suitable applications being made by EU candidates the home is registered to provide Tier 2 Sponsorship to Non-EU Nurses

The successful Registered Nurse will lead the night shift and will take responsibility for the delivery and management of nursing care, in addition to leading the team of HCAs and managing drugs and medications.

What the home is looking for in a Night Nurse:

• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Proven experience working in a UK nursing home
• Confident working from your own initiative and able to work as the only Nurse on duty
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including a good level of English
