An experienced RGN or RMN Nurse Manager is required to join a 40+ bedded care home in Milton Keynes.

Our client is offering the following employment package for the successful RGN/RMN Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN):

  • 40 hours per week on a permanent basis
  • Competitive hourly pay rates of £18 to £19.50 depending on experience
  • Predominantly office hours, but some on-call, evenings and weekends may be required due to the seniority of the role

As RGN/RMN Deputy Nurse Manager you will provide effective leadership and direction to the care and nursing teams in addition to managing, monitoring and coordinating the clinical services in the home.

The successful candidate for this RGN/RMN Deputy Nurse Manager post will meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified as an Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD with NMC registration
  • Ideally ave completed a recognised qualification in Management in a Care setting such as NVQ Level 4, Diploma Level 5, Registered Managers Award
  • Experienced in the management of an elderly care home
  • A strong and proactive leader
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
