One of the UK’s leading care home operators is currently recruiting for a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their elderly nursing home in Runcorn, Cheshire.
The home provides general elderly and disability nursing care packages and offers a great environment for residents and staff alike, with a strong team in place. The purpose-built home has landscaped communal areas for residents to enjoy as well as a wide range of organised activities and an onsite hairdresser.
Details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 48 hours per week on a permanent basis
• Day shifts only
• Excellent hourly rates of £17.00

As Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) you will create, manage and monitor care plans and medication records, in addition to managing staffing rotas and leading and developing the care and nursing teams.
Applicants for this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD post should meet the following person specification:
• Level 1 NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Experienced in an elderly care setting, and confident in all aspects of the management and implementation of care plans
• Demonstrate experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a clinical setting
• Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
