General
The candidate agrees to have read in full, understood and accepted these T&C’s during registration and at any other time while using the site.

RCN Publishing Co Ltd will not be held responsible for any failure of the site as a result of circumstances deemed to be beyond their reasonable control.

The candidate accepts that they will provide all necessary information so that rcnbulletinjobs can provide the services. rcnbulletinjobs.co.uk is not liable for any failure to provide any services as a result of the candidates’ failure to comply with the conditions.

The candidate accepts that they will not misuse and will keep confidential their password. That they are fully responsible for all uses of their registration.

The candidate agrees that they will not breech or attempt to breech the security of the rcnbulletinjobs website, and that they will not attempt to interfere with the proper workings of the site, post material that contains Trojan horses, viruses, or any other such computer programme.

The candidate agrees that they will only use the site lawfully.

Any delay or failure by RCN Publishing Co Ltd in enforcing any of these conditions cannot be interpreted by the candidate as a waiver by RCN Publishing Co Ltd of any of its rights.

These conditions and any contract into which these conditions are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties will submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts:

Email alerts
RCN Publishing Co Ltd cannot guarantee the frequency of the email alerts or the number of vacancies within the individual email alerts. The candidate accepts this and that there is no obligation on RCN Publishing Co Ltd.

CVs
The candidate agrees that the details within their CV are true and accurate. RCN Publishing Co Ltd reserves the right to suspend or remove the candidates CV if it comes to light that any information is false.

RCN Publishing Co Ltd may suspend, remove or amend any CV where it is deemed that the CV or any other material used by the candidate is: obscene, menacing, illegal, sexist, immoral, racist, offensive, abusive, harassing or defamatory to another user or any other user, person or entity.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd has the right to suspend, remove or decline to send any candidates CV or information.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd has the right to report illegal or improper use of CV’s by the candidate to the clients without prior notice to the candidate.

Applications
The candidate agrees that if they make an application that they undertake to adhere to the following requirements: that they have read and understood the requirements specific to the vacancy they are applying for; that all information contained within the application is true and accurate pursuant to themselves.

RCN Publishing Co Ltd reserves the right to suspend or remove the candidates application if it came to light any information is false.

RCN Publishing Co Ltd may suspend, remove, and amend any application that is obscene, illegal, immoral or offensive.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd are not to be held responsible for the contents of advertisements.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd cannot guarantee the safe arrival of an emailed/posted/couriered or other form of delivered application. It is accepted by the candidate that they must contact the client whom they have sent their application too, to confirm safe receipt by which ever method they chose.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd does not endorse their opinions.

Liability
The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable for loss of their CV or any other material that has been supplied by the candidate.

The candidate agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable for any failure to secure employment or consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of RCN Publishing Co Ltd, its employees or agents).

The candidate agrees that they are to satisfy themselves independently of the reliability and honesty of the vacancy advertised and that rcnbulletinjobs is not liable for damage arising from misconduct, breach, incompetence, dishonesty by the advertiser.

Termination and Cancellation
Either party may, at their sole discretion, terminate this agreement.

If you want to delete your registration to the site, please email registration@rcnbulletinjobs.co.uk with your details. Upon receipt we will immediately remove your registration information, email alerts, CV and job application information from the website. Once this happens, at no time will we be able to reinstate any of your information.

If you decide to cancel your registration to this site an archived copy of your registration will be retained indefinitely for audit purposes only. Your name and email address will be removed, this information will therefore be totally anonymous. This information is purely for RCN Publishing Co Ltd purposes and will not be viewed/ used by third parties.

Online Advertisers Business Terms and Conditions

General
1. These conditions shall apply to all advertisements accepted for publication.  Any other proposed conditions shall be void unless incorporated clearly in written instructions and specifically accepted by the Publisher.

2. All advertisements are accepted subject to the Publisher’s approval of the copy and the space being available.

3. The Publisher reserves the right to omit or suspend an advertisement at any time, in which case no claim on the part of any Advertiser for damages or breach of contract shall arise.

4. Should such an omission or suspension be due to the act or default of the Advertiser or his Agents then the space for the advertisement shall be paid for in full notwithstanding that the advertisement has not appeared.  Such omission or suspension shall be notified to the Advertisers as soon as possible.

5. The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Advertiser as a result of any total or partial failure (how so ever caused) of the website.
 
In the event of any error, misprint or omission in the uploading of any advertisement, the advertiser has the ability to alter specific content fields at anytime without incurring additional charges. Certain content fields once uploaded will not be able to be altered. Where this is the case those advertisements will have to be removed by the advertiser and the advertiser will have to pay for a new advertisement.  It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure content is correct and legal. In no circumstance does RCN Publishing Co Ltd accept liability for content error within advertisements.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss including, without limitation, loss of business profit in consequence of any error, misprint or omission in the uploading of any advertisement.

6. The Advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is it in any other way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practice.

7. The Advertiser will indemnify the Publisher fully in respect of any claim made against the Publisher arising from the advertisement.  The Publisher will consult with the Advertiser as to how such claims are to be handled.

8. Advertisement rates are subject to revision at any time and orders are accepted on the condition that the price binds the Publisher only in respect of what has been paid for.

In the event of a rate increase, the Advertiser will have the option to cancel without surcharge or continue the order at the revised advertisement rates.

9. If an Advertiser cancels the balance of a contract, they relinquish any right to that series discount to which they were entitled to previously and advertisements will be paid for at the appropriate rate.

10. Credit accounts must be settled in accordance with the terms shown on the invoice which are strictly net.  In default all outstanding transactions will become liable for immediate settlement.  Interest will be charged monthly on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% above the published UK clearing bank base lending rate.

11. For the purposes of these conditions ‘Advertiser’ shall refer to the Advertiser or his Agent whichever is the principle.  ‘Advertisement’ shall include banners, buttons, employer buttons, job of the week, online job vacancies, where appropriate.

12. RCN Publishing Co Ltd strictly prohibits any party to copy, duplicate, repeat, reproduce in any manner any style, format, design, including developer code, part, content, and or information within the rcnbulletinjobs site.

13. Any delay or failure by RCN Publishing Co Ltd in enforcing any of these conditions cannot be interpreted by the Advertiser as a waiver by RCN Publishing Co Ltd of any of its rights under these conditions.

14. rcnbulletinjobs is a website, allowing the distribution of candidate information to advertisers and advertisements to candidates. RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable and does not have any obligation to monitor the information uploaded and viewed by advertisers and candidates alike. RCN Publishing Co Ltd will terminate the accounts of any party that infringes on any policy as detailed with the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

15. These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the Laws of England.

Advertiser Obligations
1. RCN Publishing Co Ltd will not be held responsible for any failure of the site as a result of circumstances deemed to be beyond their reasonable control.

2. The advertiser agrees to provide all necessary information so that rcnbulletinjobs.co.uk can provide the services and that RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable for any failure to provide the services as a result of the advertisers failure to comply with the conditions.

7. The advertiser agrees that RCN Publishing Co Ltd cannot guarantee the safe arrival of an emailed/posted/couriered or other form of delivered application by the candidates.

8. The advertiser agrees  that RCN Publishing Co Ltd does not endorse the advertisers opinions within their advertisements.

Candidates' Obligations
1. The advertiser agrees  that RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable for loss of candidates CVs or any other material that has been supplied by the candidates.

2. The advertiser agrees  that RCN Publishing Co Ltd is not liable for any failure to secure candidates for the vacancy or any subsequent consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of RCN Publishing Co Ltd, its employees or agents);

Termination and Cancellation
1. RCN Publishing Co Ltd may at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of the Services to the advertiser at any time if they break any clause within the T&C’s and or Privacy Policy.

2. The advertiser agrees that a credit sold to an advertiser shall only be used by that advertiser. In the event of the advertiser going into liquidation or being sold to another company then the use of the credit will be null and void.

3. The advertiser agrees that a banner/ button/ job of the week/email alert sponsorship/ featured job/ sold to an advertiser shall only be used by that advertiser. In the event of the advertiser going into liquidation or being sold to another company then the use of the banner/ button/ job of the week/email alert sponsorship/ featured job/ will be null and void.
