You are not just a nurse

We are not just another nursing home

You are not just a nurse to the people that live in our homes; you are the extension of their family, their friend, their confidante, their reassurance, their entertainment and most importantly the enabler of their independence and choice.

Whether you are newly qualified, have been working within the NHS or the private sector, your nursing skills are in demand and you can have the pick of employers, so why choose Brendoncare?

Brendoncare is a Charity – Our ‘Care for Life’ promise means that no-one will have to leave their Brendoncare home if their financial situation changes. We do not pay profits to shareholders and any surpluses are invested back into improving services and delivering our ‘Care for Life’ promise.

Our Staff recommend us – In our recent staff survey, 95% of staff agreed that they were proud to work for Brendoncare 89% of staff said they were very likely or quite likely to recommend Brendoncare as a place to work.

We invest heavily in staff training and believe in supporting our staff by providing access to an Employee Assistance Scheme offering advice and access to counselling.

We’re looking for nurses to join our Brendoncare family in London, Aylesbury, Marlborough, Exeter, Alton and Winchester.

We offer competitive rates of pay as well as paid breaks, free meals on duty and commitment to further training and development.
