REGISTERED SERVICE MANAGER, FAVERSHAM

Clayton Recruitment's specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an exceptional and experienced Registered Manager to manage our clients 15 - 20 bedded home providing nursing and End of Life Care for adults with Learning Disabilities in Faversham, Kent.

Applicants are required to have completed an NVQ 5 in Management and Social Care or equivalent, and to have extensive knowledge of adult End of Life / Palliative Care and Learning Disabilities.

The role will be full time 40 hrs per week with the option to work flexible or part time hours at a rate of £30,000 - £36,000per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)

As the Registered Service Manager you will be responsible for;

Leading the team to shape and develop the service¿s strategy and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality of person-centred care. You will need excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and associated regulations. A sound and accurate knowledge of service requirements and best practice experience of working in a care or health setting. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required on all levels. You will be working with a Board of Trustees to manage the day to day running and development of the home.

What you will need to apply;

- NVQ 5 in Management and Social Care or equivalent
-Working knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory duties
- Previous experience of working as a Service Manager / Home manager / Registered Manager in a Nursing Home, Hospice or Specialist Unit
