We offer a salary which will be discussed with you depending on experience, plus other benefits including 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holiday days, as well as access to bank hours, CPD and re-validation.

HMP YOI New Hall is a closed female prison in Flockton, Wakefield.

About the Job

You will primarily be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the prison ensuring that you manage all service level agreements, and performance-monitoring standards are adhered to along with the highest standards of care.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the essential standards of quality and safety.

The Job Requirements

You will be a qualified RGN or RMN with a real passion for developing the teams skills in an environment that is ever changing. You’ll have a flexible approach working within a team that encourage new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.

If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!
