STAFF NURSE RGN / RMN, NURSING HOME, HASLEMERE

Clayton Recruitment's specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) for our clients medium sized Nursing Home situated in Haslemere. This home provides person-centred, Residential, Nursing and Dementia care, and has an excellent reputation, maintains high occupancy levels and receives consistently good CQC reports.

The role will be full time Days and Nights at a rate of £16 -£17 per hour

In addition our client offers the following;
- An additional £1.20 per hour for Staff working in excess of contracted hours
- Discretionary 3 month bonus (This could be equivalent to 3 times weekly contracted hours)

- Pension - currently 1% - due to increase with Government Legislation (can opt-out)
- 5.6 weeks holiday (including statutory holidays) (Pro-rata for part-time staff)

Applicants are required to be RGN or RMN trained and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Current NMC Registration is paramount.

- Experience of working in a general nursing home environment
- Palliative care experience
- Up-to-date clinical skills
- Self motivated with the ability to lead a team of HCAs
