Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Salary: circa £30,406 - £40,863 per annum

(dependent on experience)

ellenor are the provider of all-encompassing hospice care for both adults and children living in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, West Kent and Bexley. Our services include adult In-patient and Day Therapy at the Hospice in Northfleet, and 24 hour Hospice at Home for all ages. Our strategic aims recognise our role in leading the development of services to the wider community at the end of life, and we see an increasing role in education and training and as a coordinator for providing the best possible palliative care to more people and families.

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our growing Children’s Hospice Care team.

The children, young people we care for all have life limiting or life threatening conditions and we are proud to off er a range of services to support the whole family.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Children’s Nurse with a high level of knowledge, excellent clinical skills and enthusiasm to be part of the team. The role is very varied and requires a good understanding of the complex emotional and physical needs of the children and families. We provide opportunities for professional development which include degree pathways, non medical prescribing and advanced clinical assessment skills courses.

You will be required to work flexibly to support 7 day service as well as provide out of hours cover to our on call service for children who are at the end of life when required.
