HEAD OF CARE - RGN / RMN, NURSING HOME, DORSET

Clayton Recruitment's specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Care (RMN or RGN) for our clients beautiful purpose built home situated near the village of Verwood, Dorset. There is a focus on freedom within the home that ensures that residents are able to live their lives as independently as possible.

This role is offering full time hours to suit the needs of the candidate with an annual rate of £37,000 benefits include:

A performance related bonus of £3,000 plus benefits including

Applicants shall:

Be a qualified RMN/ RGN with a full and active PIN registration.
Be Patient Orientated, proactive, responsive and have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail, Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential.
Be able to demonstrate longevity and sustainability in previous employment.

As a Head of Care you will be responsible for:

Planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating the care given to the residents.
Delegating work to the nursing and care staff and monitor the care given.
To be able to work as a team under the supervision of the Matron / Manager
Provide and maintain the standard of care to our residents as required by NMC code of professional conduct.
