Job Details
Clayton Nursing is currently in need of an experienced RGN trained Nurse Manager for our clients 40 bedded Nursing Home situated on the outskirts of Bury. This fully compliant home boasts an excellent track record with CQC and does not recruit often.
We need a Nurse Manager to work 60% to 80% on shift and 20% to 40% on management time. This will be a full time role offering £32,000 and will involve the supervision and guidance of staff, concentrating in particular on the clinical aspects only working very closely with the Group Manager and Admin Team. No rotas, holidays, etc to do.
This role would suit a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Unit Manager.
